MEDICON 2021 CYPRUS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions, however the booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment in full must be received at time of registration and no later than 5 working days after the package has been reserve. In the event that full payment is not received by then, the package will be released and available for sale on the next Registrations wave. We accept payments by bank cards, bank transfer and money transfer operators, please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender.
The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by the Conference Host Organizing Committee as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organisers may use that personal information to contact them by email, direct mail, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organisers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the participants about other products and services which may be of interest to the participants. 3.1. Any participant wishing to cancel their booking must notify Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team in writing to the e-mail email@example.com. The below options apply:
-Until 8th April, 2021 100% refund, only refund transfer fees will be deducted.
-After 8th April, the packages are non-refundable.
3.2. In the unlikely event of Medicon 2021 Cyprus being cancelled by the organiser or by Republic of Cyprus Covid-19 safety restrictions, a full refund will be made (refund transfer fees will be deducted). Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the participant and there will not be any additional liability to Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization.
3.3. In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organisers, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the participant and there will not be any additional liability to the Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization. Under these circumstances, the conference organisers reserve the right to refund the fees paid minus any bank transfer fee incurred.
4. SUBSTITUTIONS/CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, you must notify Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicated the full name and e-mail address of the substitute participant.
5.1 Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the Conference or in any material provided to participants. In addition, Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event.
5.2 In the unlikely event that a participant contracts Covid-19 during the stay in Cyprus, Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result. The Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team will ensure that the participant receives medical care and report to the relevant State authority to provide further assistance as per the Ministry of Health.
It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their
Attendance at the conference. Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC Team cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to Personal property.
7. PHOTOS & FILMING
For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the conference. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers in writing prior to the event.
8. VISA REQUIREMENT
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa Applications.
Any participants who request a Letter of Invitation from the Medicon 2021 Cyprus HOC shall receive it within 3 working days.
